Simon Lee Founder Currently active in the industry for 25+ years, Simon has been well-involved from the hairdressing scene to technical & supplies. Together with his team, they successfully organized trade events like courses, seminars, including the “Singapore Hair Design Award” competition, of which consisted of more than 200 trade participants. He currently acts as an adviser to Asia Hair Masters Association (AHMA) of Hongkong and Taiwan. He believes that the trade never stops advancing due to its fast-pacing trends & competitive nature. He hopes to groom the young to strengthen their passion and improve the professionalism of the industry.

Vice PresidentA Veteran in the hair industry in the 70s. During his time, he used to teach his skills and knowledge to passionate individuals in order to grow as one. He has ever since retired after serving 40 years in the industry. He specializes in product manufacturing, equipment functions to hair-chemical reactions. Mr. Wong is currently also an adviser for the association and industry.
Magdalene Tan
SecretaryShe holds a Diploma in Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Management, and has been in the industry for 5+ years with experience in administration, event & website management. She has been exposed to local/ overseas hair industry concepts & is currently honing her skills in hair designing.
Lisa Wong
TreasurerHaving worked in administrative and personal assistant positions in the banking industry previously, she had switched to be in the hair industry in year 1997 which was when she began to practice hair and beauty works. She has worked her way up from customer service, sales marketing and to finance administration. Today, she still plays an important role in the industry.
Jason Tan Being as a hair and beauty supplier almost 18 years, he used to specialize in building and design contractor work. His previous architecture designing work has deepen his understanding and concept of ‘Beauty’, thus intrigue his interest into entering the hair & beauty industry. Besides dealing with hair products and equipment, he also provides services for beautification of salon interior designing opinions to customers. With his years of experience, he is able to give more advice and contribution for the industry.
Jeffrey Linus Lee Chief Make-up and Hair Artist of Jeffrey Linus Lee Make-up Team with more than 10 Years of Experience. 3 entries were in the Top 10 Finalist in 2011 L’Oreal Elnett, Style Cheryl Cole hair Competition in UK, Appointed for Vivienne Westwood, Fashion Step, and constantly involve in overseas projects which pushes him beyond his limits of attaining much higher skills, the latest trends forecast and technology. Leading a team which provides make-up services like Fashion Shows, TV commercials, Feature Short Film, Theatre, Musical Performance/Concerts, Personal Make Over, Dinner & Dance, Weddings, ROM, Magazines, Private event’s Make-ups, and High Socialites Clients for both local and overseas.
Joyce Low Having served in the hair industry for 20 years, she currently owns a Salon. She specializes in cutting and coloring. She plays a part in guiding young stylists in a well-rounded scope, from serving customers to salon management. She is constantly learning and keeping up on new methods to improve on her skills, regardless of it being courses or seminar form. She currently is passionate about the diversity of up-styling work and will continue to work her way up in this area.
Eric Wee A qualified hairdresser of 8 years, holds a Diploma in Marketing Communications and he is an ITE certified trainer. He has worked with a Japanese salon for 4 years, and has been active in providing good skills and sharing knowledge with customers. He is involved in on-stage/backstage preparation works and shooting. He clinched the champion position in the “Singapore Hair Design Award” competition.
Kevin Chia Fourteen years in the hair industry, starting from a junior position to now a Senior Stylist, Kevin’s passion to produce excellent artistic colourful hair works, has him continually challenging himself. He specialises in Haircuts, Fashion Colours and Hair Styling (for all occasions). He represented Singapore in the Asia Hair Masters Association (AHMA) competition held in Hong Kong in 2013 and to improve his hair skills, he attends courses conducting by renowned Hair educators. He recently attended a ‘Hair Styling Bootcamp’ course in July 2014 (held in Perth, Australia) conducted by Ms Sharon Blain and her team. Kevin’s motto : Passion is the key to success!
Katherine Tan At 16, she took up an Advanced Diploma course at Kimarie hairdressing Academy. In her days there, she was introduced the Vidal Sassoon way of cutting. She continued to further her hairdressing education by attaining “National ITE certificate in Hairstyling” and she also had trainings in Toni & Guy Academy. She takes part in competitions and does overseas voluntary hair education. Few years on, she got into a joint venture to start-up Mode Hair & Beauty Gallery, which has now ceased operations, but was an extremely valuable experience for her. She has been featured and mentioned in several magazines and papers : “Lian He Zao Bao, NTUC Lifestyle, HER WORLD, Expat Living, Harpers Bazzar, ELLE” etc. Currently, she is a freelancer. With her, 14 Years of Hair Styling Experience and counting…! “I take a lot of pride in my craft, care a lot about how I earn my living and I live my life by two rules, honesty and integrity. Yes, the truth hurts at times but there always is a nicer way to put it across and people usually appreciate it . . eventually.” .
